Warranty
The activPAL sensor is rechargeable and contains no user serviceable parts. All new activPAL sensors come with a comprehensive two-year (extendable) warranty. Please contact support with any warranty questions.
As the activPAL sensors is not user-serviceable we offer two options for older activPALs, replacement and trade-up.
Replacement service for lost or under-performing activPAL sensors
To support users we offer a replacement service for lost or under-performing activPAL sensors. Replacement activPAL sensors come with our standard comprehensive two-year warranty which is extendable. Please contact our sales team for pricing information.
Trade-up
Supporting existing users, we offer a discount on the trade-up of an older to activPAL up to any current model. Any activPAL model in any condition (including lost activPAL sensors) is eligible for a one-to-one discount on a new activPAL purchase. Please contact our sales team for a trade-up quote.
